When I started as the Supervising Art Director on Doctor Who back in 2004, it was evident that the show was a design led show, so all I could think about is how I could show the world what talent we had in Wales as well as the fantastic work we were creating for the show, so I thought wouldn't it be nice to have a document that could showcase it all.

The book includes designs from what was available from the Classic series up to series eight of the current era, it shows the journey that the designers have to travel to finalise a design and the discussions that is involved during this journey, from monsters to set design, from prop to weapon design or even a visualisation of a scene, Impossible Worlds shows you the inside world of the design of Doctor Who and how it ticks. the book was born and published in October 2015.

In 2016 Impossible World won best Doctor Who Book (non fiction) in Doctor Who Magazine's readers poll and is loved by many fans and art lovers.
